L.A. Galbi is one of the most popular Korean beef BBQ dishes. Our tender beef short rib, named L.A. Galbi, is deliciously marinated for 24 hours in Gourmet Korea’s special soy sauce in the most authentic Korean tradition. It’s best to grill the meat over charcoal, but you can easily pan-fry.
All meat items need to be refrigerated immediately below 5ºC.

Our meats are suitable for re-freezing (at -18°C) on day of delivery to keep them fresh until you’re ready to enjoy!
Use within 1 month after freezing. Defrost fully before use.
INSTRUCTIONS (Cook Time: PAN FRY 6-7 minutes)
- Bring a frying-pan to medium heat.
- Cook the chicken for 3 minutes and lower the heat to cook for further 3-4 minutes.
- Once meat is cooked, place the meat on a plate or serve it straight from the pan to enjoy immediately.
- <OPTIONAL> Put the lettuce, meat and ssamjang in order on your palm and gently wrap and enjoy! You can also put a piece of kimchi and other assorted vegetables such as sliced carrots, peppers and spring onions
