Our tender chicken is marinated in a mild Korean style soy sauce, bringing the best authentic Korean taste. Place some of the marinated chicken onto the lettuce with a pea-sized amount of ssamjang (seasoned soybean paste) to thoroughly enjoy this mouth-watering Korean Soy Chicken BBQ.

Our meats are suitable for re-freezing (at -18°C) on day of delivery to keep them fresh until you’re ready to enjoy!
Use within 1 month after freezing. Defrost fully before use.
INSTRUCTIONS (Cook Time: PAN FRY 10 minutes)
- Bring a frying-pan to medium heat.
- Cook the chicken for 5 minutes and lower the heat to cook for further 5 minutes.
- Once chicken is cooked, place the meat on a plate or serve it straight from the pan to enjoy immediately.
- <OPTIONAL> Put the lettuce, meat and ssamjang in order on your palm and gently wrap and enjoy! You can also put a piece of kimchi and other assorted vegetables such as sliced carrots, peppers and spring onions
