Our spicy and succulent tender chicken delivers the most popular Korean BBQ dish to your table. Based on the authentic recipe, the chicken is marinated in gochujang (fermented chilli paste) and soy sauce, bringing an intense depth of flavour. Put the meat on the lettuce with a pea-sized amount of ssamjang (seasoned soybean paste) to enjoy this wonderful Korean Spicy Chicken BBQ.
Note: Store below 5 °C. Consume or freeze on the day of delivery.
INSTRUCTIONS (Cook Time: PAN FRY 10 minutes/ serves 2)
- Bring a frying-pan to medium heat.
- Cook the chicken for 5 minutes and lower the heat to cook for further 5 minutes.
- Once chicken is cooked, place the meat on a plate or serve it straight from the pan to enjoy immediately.
- Put the lettuce, meat and ssamjang in order on your palm and gently wrap and enjoy! You can also put a piece of kimchi and other assorted vegetables such as sliced carrots, peppers and spring onions.
Caution: Although every care has been taken to remove bones, some may remain.
