Korean Spicy pork is a popular Korean BBQ dish that many Koreans cook at home or for ease, enjoy in a restaurant. Our spicy Korean pork bulgogi is deliciously marinated in a gochujang based sauce. A perfect dish for spicy food lovers!

Our meats are suitable for re-freezing (at -18°C) on day of delivery to keep them fresh until you’re ready to enjoy!
Use within 1 month after freezing. Defrost fully before use.
INSTRUCTIONS (Cook Time: PAN FRY 10 minutes)
- Bring a frying-pan to medium heat.
- Cook the meat for 5 minutes and lower the heat to cook for further 4-5 minutes until the sauce is reduced. (Please keep an eye on the pan not to burn the meat!)
- <OPTIONAL> Put the lettuce, meat and ssamjang in order on your palm and gently wrap. Try to have it in one go as this is very typical Korean culture when eating BBQ!
- You can also enjoy with Kimchi and other assorted vegetable such as sliced garlic, green chilli and spring onion.
Caution: Although every care has been taken to remove bones, some may remain.
