This product is made with Gochujang (Fermented Chilli Paste), added with vinegar and sugar. Combination of Gochujang and Vinegar give a unique flavour and Korean people use this sauce typically over a salad or on top of rice dish.
It is like Siracha sauce in Thailand but very different in terms of taste and spiciness.
This may be due to different type of Chilli pepper used in two countries.
If you want some spiciness to the dish, you can just drizzle the sauce to whatever dish you like!
