When you use the services provided on our site, you’re agreeing to our terms, so please take a few minutes to read over the terms and conditions for use (“Terms”) below.
Please note, you are entering into a legally binding agreement. Before you place an order with us, if you have any questions relating to these terms and conditions, please contact our customer service team by email at firstname.lastname@example.org, or call us on 0208 949 4707 between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.
Please note that all calls to our customer service team may be recorded for quality monitoring and training purposes. These Terms and Condition set out the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the website at www.gourmetkorea.co.uk (the “GOURMET KOREA Website”).
We amend these Terms & Condition from time to time. Please check these Terms & Condition to ensure you understand the applicable terms. These terms and conditions were last updated on 03 January 2021.
By using the Gourmet Korea products (Website) in any manner, including but not limited to visiting or browsing Gourmet Korea, you (the “user” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Condition, including those additional policies referred to here and/or available by hyperlink.
1. These Terms and Conditions will apply to the purchase of the goods by you (the Customer or you). We are Yoon Global Limited, trading as Gourmet Korea. Our registered office is Unit 242, Kingspark Business Centre, 152-178 Kingston Road, Surrey, KT3 3ST with Company Registration Number 7912194 and VAT Registration Number 154197891; (We or us)
2. These are the terms on which we sell all Products to you. By ordering any of the Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. You can only purchase the Products from the Website if you are eligible to enter into a contract and are at least 18 years old.
“Personal Information” means the details provided by you on registration; “Product” means a product displayed for sale on the Website;
“Website” means our website www.gourmetkorea.co.uk on which the products are shown.
“You” means a user of this Website.
“Order” means the Customer’s order for the Products from us as submitted following the step by step process set out on the Website.
3). USE OF THE WEBSITE
3.1.1 By registering as a user of our Website, you warrant that:
(a) the Personal information which you provide when you register as a user is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects; and
(b) you will notify us immediately of any changes to the Personal Information via the ‘my account’ feature of this website or by contacting our customer service team by email, or calling us on 0208 949 4707.
3.1.2 You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorised to use.
3.3. Password and Security You will keep your password a secret. You are responsible for anything under your password. You must keep this passport confidential and must not disclose it or share it with anyone. If we have reason to believe that there is likely to be a breach of security or misuse of Gourmet Korea products, we may require you to change your password or we may suspend or cancel your account.
3.4 Our rights Although hopefully this will be a rare occurrence, there may be occasions when the Gourmet Korea is unavailable to you. Access to Gourmet Korea is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the services we provide through our products without notice. We shall not be liable to you for any losses, damages, costs or expenses arising from or in connection with any suspension or unavailability of the Gourmet Korea products at any time or for any period. We rely on third party providers (such as network providers, data centres and telecommunication providers) to make Gourmet Korea products and the content therein available to you. Whilst we take all reasonable steps available to provide you with a good level of service, you acknowledge and agree that we do not warrant that the Gourmet Korea products shall be uninterrupted or fault-free at all times. We shall not be liable in any way for any losses you may suffer as a result of delays or failures of the Gourmet Korea products as a result of our product providers.
4) PURCHASING OF PRODUCTS ON GOURMET KOREA WEBSITE
4.1 How the contract is formed between you and us
4.1.1 After placing an order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a Product. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an e mail that confirms that the Product has been dispatched (the “Dispatch Confirmation”). The contract between us (“Contract”) will only be formed when we send you the Dispatch Confirmation.
4.1.2 The Contract will relate only to those Products whose dispatch we have confirmed in the Dispatch Confirmation. We will not be obliged to supply any other Products which may have been part of your order until the dispatch of such Products has been confirmed in a separate Dispatch Confirmation.
4.1.3 Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following: – The Product you ordered being unavailable from stock. – Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment. – The identification of a pricing or Product description error.

4.2 The images of the Products listed on the Gourmet Korea Website are stock photographs for illustrative purposes only. Although we will make every effort to be as accurate as possible, all sizes, weights, capacities, dimensions and measurements indicated on the Gourmet Korea Website are for information purposes only.
Every care has been taken to ensure that the description and specifications of the Products are correct. However while the colour reproduction is a close representation, a slight variation in the actual Products may occur.
4.3 Each Product for which you click ‘Add to cart’ is added to a ‘shopping cart’ facility. You are given the opportunity to review the quantity of order of each item in your shopping basket when you choose to check out.

5) PRODUCT CANCELLATION / REFUND / RETURN
5.1 In respect of non-perishable items, you have the right to cancel under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (SI 2013/3134) (“CCRs”), the contract at any time until the expiry of the 30 days after the day on which you receive the goods you ordered. Please note that you do not have a right under the CCRs to cancel orders in respect of food or other perishable items.
5.2 If you wish to return non-perishable items that you have ordered, please return your order together with your name, address, signature and the date you are returning the order to the Gourmet Korea, Unit 242, Kingspark Business Centre, 152-178 Kingston Road, Surrey, KT3 3ST. Products should be returned in or with any original packaging. We will arrange with you for cancelled non-perishable goods to be returned to us so please email us; email@example.com.
You must take reasonable care of the goods while in your possession and they must be returned in a saleable condition.
5.3 Any paid delivery charge will be included in your refund once we have received all (not part) of your order. Please note the delivery charge refund will be to the value of standard delivery. We will arrange with you for cancelled non-perishable goods to be returned to us and will refund within 14 days of receipt of the returned products. 6.1 From receipt of your order and payment in full, we aim to dispatch within 3 working days, stock permitting.
6.2 Delivery charge will be shown to you on the delivery confirmation page before you confirm your order. Delivery charge will be added to your order dependent upon your delivery address and charges may vary for weekend delivery.
6.3 You are responsible for making suitable arrangements to receive your delivery and giving us appropriate instructions. In the event that your delivery is stolen from your doorstep or damaged while there, we do not accept liability, and will offer compensation at our discretion.
We reserve the right to refuse to accept orders from any customer; considerations of delivery problems may give rise to such a refusal. If we are unable to deliver to you, or have to deliver late, for reasons beyond our control, for example adverse weather conditions, strike actions, vehicle breakdown, traffic congestion or supplier failure, we cannot accept liability for any inconvenience or loss that this causes.
Please inspect the Products as soon as possible after delivery and notify us promptly if you find any defects, by mailing us on email@example.com. We will replace or refund you for defective Products.
7.1 The Company uses third party payment handlers to processes all payments made via the Gourmet Korea Website. Stripe Payments Europe Limited is a quick and secure way to accept credit and debit card payments from Gourmet Korea customers anywhere in the world. Stripe are also audited by a PCI-certified auditor, and are certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, which is the highest level of certification available. These services are offered on the Gourmet Korea Website as a means of payment.
Paypal is another way of payment available in Gourmet Korea Website.
8) REVIEWS, COMMENTS AND OTHER CONTENT
8.1 We love when you leave feedback and we might share it with other users. Although we don’t own your content, by posting it on our site you grant us a licence to use it.
8.2 Users may have the ability to post reviews, comments and other content and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions or other information where available to do so on Gourmet Korea, as long as the content is not illegal, obscene, abusive, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings or any form of “spam”.
You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of other content. We reserve the right to remove or edit such content. If you believe that any content on the Gourmet Korea website contains a defamatory statement, or that your intellectual property rights are being infringed by an item or information on the Gourmet Korea Website, please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
8.4 By uploading content to the Gourmet Korea Website you promise that you own and/or have the right to use such content in this manner and that such content does not infringe any third party intellectual property rights. In the event that we receive a complaint in respect of any content posted by you it shall be your sole responsibility to deal with such a complaint and to compensate us for any loss suffered. We reserve the right to remove any such content immediately.
9) INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved. We own, or are the licensee to, all right, title and interest in the Website including all rights under patent, copyright, trade secret or trademark law. You will not modify, adapt, translate, prepare derivative works from, decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive source code from the Gourmet Korea Website. We respect the intellectual property rights of others and we ask our users to do the same. If you are aware that any of your intellectual property rights have been infringed on the Gourmet Korea website, please contact us to report the concern.
11) MULTI-BUY OFFERS
11.1 Multi-buy offers (for example, Korean Sauce Set) only apply to those products to which the multi-buy offer applies and are clearly displayed as such. 11.2 Multi-buy offers are not valid when used in conjunction with any other promotions.
11.3 The multi-buy offers do not include gift wrapping or postage, which are charged in addition to the price of the Products.
11.4 If any Products which form part of a multi-buy offer are returned to us for a refund, you will be refunded the full price of that item less the total discount given in the offer. If any Products which form part of a multi-buy offer are returned for exchange with an item not included in the same multi-buy offer, you will be charged the difference between the discounted price and the full price item.
11.5 Individual items within the multi-buy offer may be substituted by us depending upon availability.
